Summer Lovin'

Summer lovin' had me a blast - summer lovin', happened so fast
I met a girl crazy for me - I met a boy, cute as can be
Summer days driftin' away, to uh-oh those summer nights

I know you totally sang that in your head as you read it - no need to be ashamed. ;)

Who doesn't love Grease? It's an oldie but goodie! The other night my girlfriends and I went to a mexican restaurant in the area where they sing karaoke on Wednesday's. Well, this adorable boy and his, well I'm assuming, his girlfriend (who was also very adorable) sang this song to each other. It was so nauseating  precious! Anyways, thanks to them this song as been in and out of my head for over a week!

For those of you who don't already know, Andrew and I met in the beginning of the summer last year. I guess we had one of those nauseating adorable summer romances that actually lasted! Crazy.
[Note: We didn't actually meet then. But I am going to pretend we did on account of the past makes me want to kick something.]

Andrew & I
[ I think this is from October but I love this picture. We started dating June 12.]
and yes, I am expecting 13 dozen roses on my front porch when I get home from work today. Happy 13 month anniversary babe! ;) haha only kidding.
Anyway, since summer is almost over, well for me anyways, (I am about to move from my beach home to my real home back in Charlotte at the end of July and buckle down for the real world!) I decided to post some pictures of summer love to help make us smile and get us through the rest of the work week! It's hard coming back to work after a vacation or a 4 day work week break! I'm not loving it!

'In every girls life, there's a boy she will never forget and a summer where it all began'
[and yes, I ask myself every single day when the heck I got so corny!]

I hope all you lovelies are having a wonderful week!

  1. I didn't realize you were from Charlotte! Ok, we need to get together once your back in the area!

I love to hear from my readers!
