Mondays can be painful. It's the start of typically a very long and drawn out work and/or school week. I personally hate Mondays. Growing up, I loved them because it meant my mom had the day off but now, it means I have four more days of a 9-5 internship before I can relax. Not that I had a bad Monday; I actually had the day off and was able to spend the day shopping and seeing a movie with my beautiful mama :) but, it still means I have 4 days of work ahead of me. (Boooo!) Well, I have found that sweets are the best medicine when I get a case of the Mondays. So, I decided to share one of my favorite treats!
